The heart of the North’s office sales team, she handles all the administrative sales and rental processes from A to Z for our Grand-Bay office. 

Karishma is not only a professional office administrator but also a skilled dancer in her free time. Let’s get to know her better!

After completing her university degree, Karishma pursued her first passion of opening a dance school, where she also worked as a choreographer for three years.

Finally, managing a school gave her a taste of what administrative work holds; and there begins her real estate story. “I joined the team of a North Coast developer as Facilities Administrative Assistant and worked for both the syndic and estate departments. Two years later, I became the Syndic Operations Assistant. I enjoyed working in the real estate industry where every day is a new day and a new opportunity to learn and grow.” 

In October 2021, Karishma decided it was time to broaden her horizons and move ahead in her career. “In this endeavor, Mauritius Sotheby’s International Realty was an obvious choice. There was no need to think twice about this opportunity,” says Karishma. 

New in the North’s office administrative machine, Karishma had to quickly learn how to handle the pressures of our busy office. She set herself the challenge of mastering the intricacies of real estate acquisition for the international and local market on the island: “I had the help of my colleagues who left no stone unturned in my training, and during the first two months I focused on the targets and administrative expectations of the company.”
