Deeply rooted in Island life, Jennifer will sell you the Mauritian dream with conviction and, above all, with sincerity.

Born in Mauritius but raised in South Africa, she came back on a gap year almost 30 years ago and never left.

“Having grown up overseas and then rediscovering Mauritius as a young adult gives me a bit of an edge, as I can appreciate both Mauritian and foreign perspectives.

I am very in tune with the needs and expectations of international buyers because, of course, I know the benefits but also the challenges of living here.  It helps me go beyond white sandy beaches and fiscal advantages and share first-hand experience for everything else.  I like to paint the complete picture because I believe the more you know, the more comfortable you feel taking that next step.

In 2014, Jennifer got the opportunity to work on one of the country’s biggest real estate projects. Three years later, that role expanded when she joined the Mauritius Sotheby’s International Realty team.

“7 years and counting in the real estate industry, I am passionate about sales, obsessive about property and fascinated by people, combining all three is pretty much a dream job for me, so I feel very lucky.”

Jennifer specialises in international sales, predominately on the West and South coasts.
